Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing from The Terrace Apparel. Every item we sell is made to order, just for you. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we’ll put it right. Here’s how it works.

What we can help with

  • Your item arrived faulty or damaged
  • We sent the wrong design
  • We sent the wrong size or colour

When the mistake is ours, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund, including your original delivery charge.

What we can’t help with

Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, the size doesn’t fit, or you ordered the wrong size or design by mistake. We can’t cover postage costs in these cases either. Please check our sizing guide before you order.

We also can’t replace or refund an order that goes missing because the delivery address was wrong, or where the order or address was changed after it was made or shipped.

Request a design items are made to your own brief, so they can only be returned if they’re faulty.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

How to report a problem

Email support@theterraceapparel.com as soon as you spot a problem, ideally within 30 days of your order arriving. Include your order number, a short description of the problem and a clear photo. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

Please don’t send anything back before you’ve heard from us. Usually a photo is all we need. If we do need the item back, we’ll tell you where to send it. When the mistake is ours, we’ll cover the return postage. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.

We handle returns by email only, not through social media, so we can keep track of your order.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We’ll email you once it’s done, and it can take 3 to 5 working days to show in your account, depending on your bank.
