Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing with THE TERRACE APPAREL. We’re sorry that you want to return an item, but we’re here to help. Please note that all of our products are made to order, so we only accept a return, or issue a refund, where a product is faulty or missing. Please ensure that you email support@theterraceapparel.com to discuss your return. We will not discuss returns via social media. For shipping queries, please consult our Shipping Policy. Please be aware that a refund or exchange will only be honoured in the following cases:-

  • Your product is damaged
  • Your product is the wrong item (we sent the wrong design)
  • Your product is the wrong size (we sent the wrong item)

Please be aware that we do not accept a refund or exchange in the following cases:-

  • Your product does not fit
  • Your product is missing due to the wrong shipping information provided
  • You change the order or shipping address after the product has been manufactured or shipped.

Returns

You have up to 30 days to return a faulty or incorrect item from the date that you received the order from us. We must receive the returned product from you within two weeks of you notifying us of your intent to return an item. If this is not adhered too, the return will be void.

You should not return an item without speaking to our team first. Ensure that you email support@theterraceapparel.com with your order number and a picture of your faulty product. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:-

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original product packaging
  • Accompanied with your order confirmation as proof of purchase
Failure to follow this returns policy may cause unnecessary delays in the processing of any eligible return or refund. Any returned goods are your responsibility until they are successfully delivered to our registered address. We strongly recommend using a tracked or signed for postal service.

Shipping

Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, our original shipping cost will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will assess it for any faults or damages. We recommend that you provide us with your postal tracking reference.

If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an email from THE TERRACE APPAREL confirming that your order has been refunded. Please allow up to 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer, for the refund to show in your account.

Please note, we do not accept exchanges.
