Products and ordering
Our t-shirts and sweatshirts are a standard fit, and our beanies are one size. If you’re between sizes, our sizing guide has the measurements for every size.
T-shirts are 100% ring-spun cotton with a ribbed crew neck and twin needle stitching. Sweatshirts are 50% ring-spun cotton and 50% polyester. Beanies are 100% acrylic with a cuff.
T-shirts and sweatshirts come in Black, Navy, Dark Heather, Sport Grey and White. Beanies come in Black, Navy, Dark Grey, Heather Grey and White.
Wash at 30 degrees with similar colours. Avoid tumble drying and dry cleaning, and if you iron it, steer clear of the embroidery. Look after it and the stitching will stay sharp wash after wash.
Every design celebrates a moment, not a logo. A goal, a celebration or a cult hero that fans never forget.
Each one is drawn by hand rather than run through automatic software, then stitched in intricate embroidery on the left chest (or the cuff on beanies), so it looks sharper and lasts longer than print. Everything is made to order, so nothing sits unsold in a warehouse.
No. Our designs are our own hand-drawn tributes to iconic sporting moments. They aren’t official or licensed merchandise and aren’t endorsed by any club, league or player.
Yes. Tell us the hero and the moment you want and we’ll design it for you, with a mock-up to approve before anything is made. Some of our favourite designs started this way. Find out more on our request a design page.

Yes. Our gift card is ideal if you’re not sure which design or size to choose.
Yes, all our prices include VAT. The only extra cost at checkout is delivery. Orders delivered outside the UK, Europe and the US may also be charged import duties on arrival.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer Clearpay, so you can buy now and pay later.
Delivery and returns
Every item is made to order, so it’s usually dispatched within 7 working days of your order confirmation email. Delivery then takes around 5 working days to the UK, Europe and the US, or around 10 working days to the rest of the world. Full details are in our shipping policy.
Delivery starts from £3.60 to the UK, Europe and the US, and from £8.00 to the rest of the world. It’s free on orders over £50 to the UK, Europe and the US.
Yes, we deliver worldwide. UK orders are made in the UK, and orders to Europe and the US are made in fulfilment centres there, which keeps delivery times down.
We ship with carriers including Royal Mail, USPS, FedEx, DPD and DHL, depending on where your order is going.
You can track your order from My Account, or email support@theterraceapparel.com and we’ll check for you.
We add our Christmas last order dates to the shipping policy each year, as soon as our production partners confirm them.
Email support@theterraceapparel.com as soon as possible with your order number and your new address. Once an order has been made or shipped, we can’t change the address, and we can’t replace or refund an order sent to an address that was given incorrectly.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or in the wrong design, size or colour, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund. Because every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns if the size you ordered doesn’t fit or you change your mind. Full details are in our returns policy.
Sorry about that. Email support@theterraceapparel.com with your order number, a short description of the problem and a clear photo, and we’ll put it right. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
