Products
All of our products are ‘standard fit’, but for more information visit our Sizing Guide.
All our products have an intricate embroidered design. You should take care when washing and wash with similar colours on a 30-degree wash. Avoid tumble drying and dry cleaning. If ironing, avoid ironing over the embroidered design.
There are lots of things that make The Terrace Apparel unique. For starters, all of our designs are hand drawn. Some brands like our own will use an automated digitisation software, which is cheaper and quicker, but the results are just nowhere near as good. Our t-shirts are also made from 100% natural organic cotton.
Yes, all of our prices are inclusive of VAT. There are no other additional charges at the checkout, other than delivery costs.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We’ve also partnered with Clearpay to offer their buy now, pay later service.
Delivery and Returns
Our made to order products are typically processed and dispatched within 10-14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of your confirmation email. For more information, please view our Shipping Policy.
For standard orders you can select the postal service at check-out.

All UK orders are delivered using Royal Mail; they offer a high quality service and have sustainability plans in place. International couriers differ depending on your delivery location. For more information contact us.
To update your delivery address please get in touch at support@theterraceapparel.com, quoting your order reference and updated delivery address, as soon as possible. If your product has already been dispatched then we accept no liability for your products delivery.
As our products are made to order we can only accept returns, or issue a refund, if a product is faulty or missing. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@theterraceapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
