It was the last game played at The Dell, their famous old stadium. The score was 2-2 when "Le God" entered the action as a second half substitute. In the final minute of the game the ball dropped for Le Tissier inside the area. The Saints legend managed to wrap his left food around the ball to send a half-volley beyond the reach of the keeper. It was a match winning goal that saw The Dell erupt for the final time. This is our tribute to a Southampton legend!
