In his final game at Stamford Bridge, vs. Sunderland, Terry was substituted in the 26 minute - the number he had worn for much of his Chelsea career. JT left the pitch to an emotional standing ovation and a guard of honour from his Chelsea teammates. It was a fitting end to one of the most decorated players in club's history. This is our tribute to Mr Chelsea!
