Pilgrims captain Joe Edwards will go down in Argyle folklore as he helped steer the Green Army back to the Championship for the first time since 2010. This is our tribute to Super Joe Edwards.

The goal gave the Pilgrims a 1-0 lead and sealed a 3-2 aggregate win to secure a Wembley visit for only the second time in their history. This is our tribute to that iconic moment.

The Pilgrims number 10 made an instant impression with the Green Army, scoring on his debut in a 2-0 win at AFC Wimbledon. His cultured left foot made the Irishman one of Argyle's most creative weapons, and, in his second season, Carey was a pivotal part of the Argyle side that won promotion to League One. Carey scored 49 goals in 197 games for Argyle before leaving in the summer of 2019. This is our tribute to the Argyle icon of the modern era.

Mauge's winning goal came midway through the second half as he headed home from a Mark Patterson cross after a well worked Chris Leadbitter corner routine. Tynan joined Plymouth Argyle from Newport County in 1983 and wasted no time settling into his new surroundings. His lethal finishing helping fire Argyle to the FA Cup semi-final in 1984. After a season at Rotherham in 1985, Tynan was back at Home Park and his instinct in front of goal was even more formidable. Tynan won the Player of the Season award on three occasions and scored a remarkable 145 goals in 310 appearances for the Greens. This is our tribute to super Tommy Tynan.
